Sydney, AU (September 15, 2025) – Chet Faker has today announced his return to Sydney for an exclusive one-night-only performance On The Steps at Sydney Opera House on Tuesday December 2, celebrating the tenth anniversary of his iconic debut album, Built On Glass.

Chet will perform the album that has become a soundtrack for a generation in full, alongside fan favourites and deep cuts from throughout his career. The performance is an encore to Chet’s highly praised anniversary performance in Melbourne last year, and this time he will be joined by special guest Mallrat.

Mallrat has been breaking barriers since her influential debut – accumulating over half a billion career streams in her discography, scoring many ARIA Platinum awards and #1 ARIA charting album.

ABOUT CHET FAKER
Since 2011, when he went properly viral before the word even existed, Chet Faker has carved out his own extraordinary path to success. With his first EP, Thinking in Textures, he won Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Best Independent Single/EP at the Australian Independent Records Awards, building his reputation as an artist on a meteoric rise.
